I recently had my roof repaired due to a leak, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend Carl the Roofer for your roofing needs. I have a terracotta tile roof on a heritage house, with a colorbond extension. Carl (and his extremely helpful wife Diana) responded to my email enquiry straight away (on a Saturday night) to schedule Carl’s inspection after a storm damaged my roof tiles and caused leaks. Carl gave us helpful advice, did a great job on the repairs, was competitively priced, professional and provided before and after photos. We’ve had a leak in our flat roof that 2 other roofers tried to fix but couldn’t and just disappeared on us. Carl promised he’d stay until it was fixed and he did. 15th Jan. 2025.   Carl the Roofer has just left my house after locating two broken tiles about a metre apart and replacing same. These broken tiles caused the roof over my sloping verandah to leak and then continue to run down the  inside wall.   Trying to fix this problem from  inside my family used Selleys Storm Sealant to no avail.   As I have used Carl (Carlos) before, some six months ago and was happy with his punctuality and  performance I had no hesitation to use him again.   I can't wait for it to rain which is predicted for today and tomorrow and the next day and the next so on, to see his work in action.   He is quick and no time waster - knows the roofing game and  I thoroughly recommend his services.   Mention must also go to his staff manning the phone and booking appointments - which just happens to be his wife, Diana, without whom I would not have met Carl.   She graciously sent him to my place at a moment's notice - like the next day and he replaced a broken tile caused by the builders next door which caused significant damage.
